Quan's Rockin Sushi is a full-service gourmet Chinese Restaurant, Japanese Sushi Bar and Night Club. They came to us after the costs of running some of their customer service departments began to overwhelm them. We then inked a deal giving Ignotius the responsibility of running their guest-list line, info line and complaint line. They provided us everything we need to know to answer general questions from calls that we get about the night club including nightly events and the restaurant, including hours, menus and taking catering requests. We also fill out the forms necessary when we get calls on the complaint line which they follow up on. Running the guest-list line was easy using our infrastructure because all they had to do was let their promoters access our online portal where they could see all the information necessary before the nightly event started. We were able to cut their costs on providing these services by over 60%, increase customer satisfaction by 200% and improve business efficiency by 300%. Client since August 17th, 2006.
